At Uniskoool we value your satisfaction with every purchase you make. Please check the details of our return policy, which includes processes for missing items, exchanges, and returns, below.

Return with Receipt
You have the option to return items for a refund within 20 days of receiving them if they meet the following requirements;

  • The items need to be in their original, undamaged, and unstained state.
  • Check that the original tags are still in place.
  • Remember to include the packing slip or receipt when making a return.
  • During this timeframe returns can also be used for reorders. 

Please be aware that this applies to standard uniforms that have not been customized. For exchanges within 0 to 20 days after receiving your items you can exchange them for their purchase value as long as they meet the above criteria.

After receiving the return of the product within the 20-day as per policy, our team will examine the condition of the product. It must meet the terms mentioned above. Please note that if any of these are missing, Uniskoool reserves the right to deduct the refund up to the MRP.

Returning without Receipt
If you’re returning items without proof of purchase you may qualify for an exchange at the sale price under these conditions;

  • Items should be in unwashed, unworn and unaltered condition.
  • Make sure that the original tags are still on.
  • A manager will evaluate the return request; if it is eligible for return, any price difference for exchanged items may need to be covered by the customer.

Replacement Process
If you prefer a replacement or exchange for your order, you can avail that option.The terms that apply to returns also apply to replacement and exchange requests. Please be aware that replacement products will be shipped following the delivery or pickup of the original return. The customer’s refund will be reduced by any costs associated with return shipping, customs, taxes, fees, etc. 

Please get in contact with our customer support team if you need help with anything related to your order.  Please check your delivery soon as it arrives since all concerns should be raised within 20 days of receiving the package. Contact us promptly if you notice any missing items that were not marked as backordered or if there are any damages to the package or its contents. Keep hold of the shipping materials. We request you to contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package for assistance.

To further process your claim, we will require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel. Please be aware that if there is insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the package, your claim may not be honored. Ultimately, the final decision regarding such cases rests with the brand.

Cancellation Policy
You have the option to cancel your Uniskoool order within 24 hours of placing it. Please be aware that this policy does not cover customized items and products made with hosiery and swimwear that require additional care.

If you need to exchange items due to the size or ordering by mistake make sure they are unworn unwashed and still have their tags attached. The items should be sent back within 15 days after receiving them.
