Shipping within India comes at no cost for all purchases. Please ensure that there is someone available to accept and sign for the package at the specified location. While delivery times can differ we may contact you during hours if needed.
If these hours are not convenient for you, please feel free to provide us specific delivery instructions. Our packages are shipped using courier services. For all the purchases from physical stores, a pick up option is available.
Delivery Timeline;
Each of our products, whether embroidered or printed, is customized according to your order. Our goal is to dispatch orders within 30 to 35 business days for deliveries within India. However slight delays may occur during seasons or periods of demand.

Order Agreement;
While receiving confirmation of your order confirms that we have received it does not establish a binding contract between us. The official contract comes into effect once your order has been invoiced. This process protects both parties in cases of price discrepancies, stock shortages or unforeseen circumstances. If there are any changes in pricing we will always seek your approval, before proceeding.
